The purpose of these special institutions of Govt of UP is to impart military oriented training to prepare the selected students of Uttar Pradesh for a career in the officers’ cadre of the Indian Armed Forces through National Defence Academy (NDA). The newly constructed U P Sainik School Gorakhpur will affiliate with CBSE New Delhi by the start of the academic session 2024-25. Eligibility for UP Sainik School Gorakhpur Admission
